All dresses on this site are being made to order. This means that they won't ship until they are made. Funny how that works. We aim to ship in two weeks. If there's a delay, we will let you know.

Care and Keeping

Don't you hate it when you find the perfect dress, only to read the description and it's DRY CLEAN ONLY? Ugh; who has time for that? Every one of our dresses is designed to be EASY CARE. What does that even mean? It means that during the design process we wash test and reject approximately eleventy billion fabrics, leaving just the magical handful that you see on our website. It means that we put our samples through a completely inappropriate experience in the laundry room, just in case you get distracted one day while doing the laundry. (Who, me?) It means that you're not going to come home after your husband did the wash and find your dress two sizes too small. But remember, like all clothes, these dresses will last longer and look better if you hang them to dry, which is what we recommend on the label. Just think of it this way, it cuts your laundry time in half, since you don't have to wait for the dryer buzzer, which always buzzes when you're busy with something else and don't want to be bothered. AmIright? 

Privacy

Here's what we want from you: for you to buy our dresses. That's it. So we will never rent or sell your information to a third party. We would like to put you on our email list. You can keep yourself off of that list by opting out in the checkout process, or by unsusbcribing at the bottom of any marketing emails. Easy peasy.

Payments

Our website accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you would like to pay by another method, please email us (at the bottom of this page) and we will grease those wheels.

Shipping

Free shipping within the USA.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you encounter any problems while trying to place an order, please email us. We will do what we can to get you into a dress ASAP.

If you live outside of our free shipping area (meaning, outside of the US of A), then when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. The only exceptions are certain outlet and sample items that will be sold as final-sale. No surprises here! We'll also pay the return (to us) shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please make note of the name and size of the dress you would like when you fill out the return form online. That way, we can do our best to hold the correct dress for you.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Log in to your account (top right of website).
  2. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the “My Account” menu.
  3. Click the “Return Item(s)” button and fill out the form.
  4. Send your items to the address listed on the returns confirmation page.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/store credit/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
